Flu Vaccine Info
Maryville High & Maryville Junior High Students
For 8-12 grade students: Free flu vaccines will be offered on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017. These vaccines will be offered from the Blount County Health Department for students only. Students may pick up consent forms from the nurse or below. Forms may be turned into 1st period teachers or the school nurse by Friday, October 27th, 2017.
